Highest level Security option provides protection against extreme threats to personal welfare or possessions.Door sets are available in single or double door formats. Door leaf thickness ranges from 50mm to 58mm depending on specific requirements. Door frames are patent protected and are manufactured from rigorously tested and selected steel. Frames are fully welded and feature permanently fixed heavy duty hinges with stainless steel thrust bearings.Range of security options available - BBS1 - BBS5 (strongest.) Numerical scale corresponds to Loss Prevention Certification Board security ratings. All doors have been methodically tested by the Building Research Establishment.Fortress "Leverlock" design implemented in construction which features interlocking elements along hinge side, strike side and head. and BBS doors are constructed in high quality performance steels. Bullet resistance classification FB4/FSG available on BBS3, FB5/FSG available on BBS4 and FB6/FSG available on BBS5 door sets. Range of hardwear options available. Locking systems are provided by Mico Tindall and Sherlock Magill.

Single or double steel doorset. Designed for standard pedestrian access. Flush single steel doorset with a hollow metal construction for general purpose industrial and commercial applications. Door leaf constructed from 2 skins of 1.2mm galvanised steel pressed to form a 45mm thick leaf depth. Reinforced structural supports provide ridgidity and options for surface mounting. Door can be manufactured with a number of panel options including louvres and vision screens. Doors are insulated as standard with Dufaylite honeycomb, if additional thermal and acoustic performance is required cavities can be filled with Rockwool insulation. A wide range of door hardware is available depending on specific requirements.
Designed for high security applications where there is a strong risk of secured access being breached. Suitable for use in doctor's surgeries, banks, jewellers, cash rooms etc. Door is constructed from two skins of 2mm galvanised steel sheet pressed to form interlocking trays, incorperating full height reinforcing ribs. Door comes with a wide angle eye viewer. Door is reinforced to allow for surface mounting. Doors are insulated as standard with Dufaylite honeycomb, if additional thermal and acoustic performance is required cavities can be filled with Rockwool insulation. A wide range of door hardware is available depending on specific requirements. For security reasons it is preferred that the door opens outwards, thereby allowing the rebate of the door frame to prevent inward collapse of the door in the event of attack. Door frames to be securely fixed to block work or reinforced concrete using suitable fixings at maximum 450mm centres.
