Regular service and maintenance ensures that your door is operating in a safe and effective manner as well as providing the optimal operating performance and lifespan from your door. Early detection and repair of damage and/or defects prevents costly faults developing and significantly reduces the risk of disruption to your business caused by breakdown. Service intervals are determined by the frequency of door use. As a minimum legal standard, electrically operated doors must be serviced at least once every 12 months.

A service on a door consists of a rigorous check of every major door component . If any problems are identified, our engineers are able to make on site repairs. Our on call service vehicles are equipped with all relevant tools and parts to allow for a swift and efficient service. Following the service the on call engineer will compile a report which ensures the door is fully operational and meets latest legislations abd health and sefety requirements.

Annual Service Packages can cost as little as £135 with a free annual service, 25% discount on parts and a 'queue jump' on 24/7 emergency call-outs. The service package entitles you to the following:

Free service of first shutter door

Reduced service cost on multiple doors - £45 per shutter door

Reduced cost for servicing dock levellers, fire shutters, insulated roller shutters, sectional overhead doors and speed doors - £65 each

£35 service on inflatable seals

£15 service on steel doors

25% discount on repair parts
